The case is small, if you only want to put the dvd player in it then this will work for you. It will protect the player from hard knoxs. But it will not be big enough for the earphones and cords. I also did not receive the color I ordered.

I was supposed to be getting a red DVD case and a black one showed up. As it was part of an xmas gift and received it the day before xmas, i didn't have time to deal with an exchange. The case itself is not well designed as there is not much room in it and no place for DVD's.
I got this for my 4 yr old grand daughter for Christmas to carry the portable DVD player we also got her. It is durable and easy for her to open & close. She loves being able to be in charge of her own things and it is great protection for the DVD player as well. As ALWAYS I find the best prices & products on Amazon!
