This is not an expensive item to be sure. I'm pretty sure I have no problem with the item. You do pay a shipping and handling charge. The item arrived in a bubble envelope and was bent extremely out of shape. That's a post office thing but if the item had been packaged properly...for my shipping and handling fee....this would not have happened. Not worth the effort to return.
